Welcome Group has acquired a single tenant property, occupied by Gila Corporation. The facility is on ±7.7 acres in northeast Austin inside Tuscany Technology Center, a 600,000-square-foot multi-building office and industrial park. This is GSL Welcome Group’s third acquisition in the Austin area and adds to its Texas single tenant facilities of over 75 buildings.
