That’s based on market analysis from four experts who spoke last week at an annual BoyarMiller Breakfast Forum focused on local real estate. Roughly 200 clients and guests of the law firm attended the event at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa.

The University of Houston System Board of Regents elected new officers for the coming year at its board meeting on June 5.
Welcome Wilson Sr., chairman of GSL Welcome Group, a Houston real estate developer, was elected to a third term as chairman. He was appointed to the board in April 2006 by Gov. Rick Perry and will serve through Aug. 31, 2011.

Houston-based investor GSL Welcome Group purchased Glazier Foods' building at 11303 Antoine Drive in Houston. Glazier Foods will lease back the space. The sale price has not been disclosed but a $14 million expansion, financed by GE Capital, is planned.
