Keith Dalton

Keith Dalton, President of Kingham∙Dalton∙Wilson, Ltd. Mr. Dalton supervises all activities of the construction company from its headquarters at 6671 Southwest Freeway in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Dalton’s 20 years of professional experience includes single project sizes of up to $40 MM and annual volume in excess of $75 MM. He has served in many senior positions and as a principal with construction companies in Texas and Florida.

Mr. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A & M University. He has been an active member of the Association of General Contractors, Rice Design Alliance, CORENET and many similar professional construction organizations. He is married with two children. Kingham∙Dalton∙Wilson is affiliated with J.E. Kingham Construction Company of Nacodoches, Texas, which was founded in 1895.

Phillip Matthews, Director of Planning and Pre-Construction Services

Phillip Mathews

Mr. Matthews has 17 years of construction and building manufacturing experience.

He provides the daily oversight construction contracts and change orders, monthly construction financials, plan review, project scheduling, document control, and customer communication with changes in design and contract.

Mark Miesch, Project Manager Build-to-Suit

Mark Miesch is the KDW single point of contact for all build-to-suit developments from contract award through warranty period and beyond. Mr. Miesch works closely with the real estate team while providing the leadership for land/project due diligence, design and construction phase cost control, permitting, design implementation, scheduling, and all construction activities.

He has more than 20 years experience serving many clients such as Aker Kvaemer, Goya Foods, Sears, The Woodlands, Hewitt, and Cinemark. Mr. Miesch graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Building Construction.

Chuck Norrell, Construction Manager Major Projects

Chuck Norrell is responsible for all field operations for KDW's major projects. Mr. Norrell has an extensive background on large/complex structures. He is highly skilled with subcontractor management, scheduling, logistics, and safety/quality control.

Mr. Norrell also maintains KDW's ability to self perform work. He has over 25 years construction experience serving many clients such as Texas A&M University, Goya Foods, ReedHycalog, The Woodlands, Port of Houston, Cinemark, Fort Bend Independent School District, and Texas Department of Corrections.

Grace Kennemer, Office Manager

Grace Kennemer is responsible for all KDW administration. She works closely with all departments within the company to ensure accurate, timely implementation of administrative procedures and business practices including office administration, purchasing, and employment practices.

Mrs. Kennemer also is involved in the preparation and execution of contracts with the owner, architect/engineer, and subcontractors. She is directly involved with the project teams in the preparation of owner billings, approval of invoices, approval of subcontractor pay applications, and managing insurance requirements. Mrs. Kennemer attended Texas Tech University.
