Mr. Wilson heads the effort by GSL Welcome to purchase existing single tenant industrial buildings in Texas. Although GSL Constructors builds up to ten buildings per year, GSL Welcome's goal is to also purchase a like number of existing buildings. Wilson's responsibilities include locating properties, financial underwriting and analysis, contract preparations, due diligence, and closing. Prior to joining GSL Welcome in 2003, Mr. Wilson was an agent with Yancey-Hausman Company of Houston, a major real estate broker and developer. Previously, Mr. Wilson was responsible for acquisitions of TCP Realty Services, LLC of Houston during the period when that company acquired thirty seven industrial, office and retail facilities in Texas. Mr. Wilson has also served as Vice President of Halifax Property Group, a Houston real estate broker. During such time he also managed a seven hundred lot subdivision in metropolitan Houston. |

Danielle Warren has a BBA in Finance and a Masters in Real Estate from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. With two years of work experience, she is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. She has worked as a leasing agent and a retail portfolio manager. While pursuing her master’s degree, Danielle was actively involved in GREW, the graduate school extension of CREW. Danielle joined the GSL Welcome team in January 2008. Currently, Danielle is the Acquisition Analyst for GSL Welcome Group. She works with John Wilson, Vice President of Acquisition & Finance, in analyzing properties, drafting offers, completing due diligence, financing projects, and aiding in closings. |

Kathryn Rozelle’s background is from the title business and real estate management. She worked as a title examiner, property manager, and real estate agent, all in Houston, Texas. Kathryn assists the Chairman of the Board with his company and civic activities. She has three boys. For the past 8 years Kathryn has volunteered her time in aiding the New Hope Women’s’ Shelter and the Way Out Women’s Center. |
