Ryan Wasaff, Build-to-Suit Director

Formerly of TCP Realty Services, Mr. Wasaff has over nine years of experience in leasing and industrial development. Prior to becoming a leasing agent, Mr. Wasaff was in commercial banking.  He is responsible for all aspects of GSL Welcome's leasing activities, including acting as liaison for proposals and bids, as well as development of projects under construction.  Mr. Wasaff responds to Build-to-Suit opportunities and handles proposals to owners of industrial businesses.

An avid sportsman, he is a champion fisherman and hunter. He has long been active with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, for which he serves captain of the Lamb and Goat Auction Committee, as well as serving on the Breeders Greeters and the Donkey and Mule Committees. He rides with the Tejas Vaqueros and is a member of the Jacques DeMolay Masonic Lodge Number 1390. Mr. Wasaff is a native Houstonian.

Brad Berry, Design / Build Director

With a degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Berry has over 20 years of real estate development and brokerage experience in Houston and surrounding areas. His vast knowledge and understanding of real estate development and how it applies to the individual needs of the end-user makes him invaluable to our clients in the planning and construction of a new facility.  Mr. Berry's responsibilities include development pricing, project design and planning, construction coordination, and client relations throughout the project.

A native Houstonian and avid outdoorsman, he spends the majority of his free time fishing and hunting the Texas Gulf Coast. Additionally, he is an active member of several conservation groups protecting our natural resources.

Glenn Bratcher, Development Director

Glenn M. Bratcher has served in senior level management positions in Houston’s oilfield engineering and manufacturing companies since 1974.  Prior to being named as Development Director for GSL Welcome, Mr. Bratcher was Plant Manager, VP or Director of Engineering or Manufacturing with divisions of Baker International, OMSCO Industries, HydroTech Systems, Keystone Valve, and Howco Metals.  In 1995 Mr. Bratcher started GMBI Consulting and designed, built, or modified manufacturing plants for SonSub, AOD, Howco Metals, Alstom Power, Rolls Royce, and other International companies.  

Mr. Bratcher graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. degree in Industrial Management and a Masters in Business Administration.  He has been married to Lynda Carson Bratcher for over 35 years and has two sons, six grandsons, and a granddaughter.

Irish Barbour, Development Coordinator

Newly replanted from Washington, DC, Irish Barbour has brought her experience in real estate and residential and commercial development to assist in the Development department. As the Development Coordinator, Irish assists Glenn Bratcher, the Development Director.

Adam Garrow, Design / Marketing Director

As Design / Marketing Director, Mr. Garrow is actively involved in all aspects of marketing for GSL Welcome, including graphic design, public relations, and drafting initial site plans for potential clients. Formerly a graphic designer for Houston photographer Pam Francis, he is an honors graduate of The Art Institute of Houston and is currently seeking a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston.

Brittany Goldberg, Marketing Coordinator

Brittany Goldberg graduated in May 2007 with honors from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing.  Brittany has been with GSL Welcome for 2 years and has done various duties including assisting the president and assisting property management.  Beginning in February 2007 Brittany was reassigned as the Marketing Coordinator.  Brittany maintains the company database; markets properties;and coordinates public relations and all other media avenues.

Justin Pitman, Asst. to President - Special Projects

Justin Pitman graduated with honors from the University of Houston with a double major in Political Science and Sociology.  He previously attended school at Trinity University and Sam Houston State University.  He is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society and the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.  He was also on the National Dean’s List.  Justin is currently enrolled at the Bauer College of Business at University of Houston, pursuing an MBA degree.  For GSL Welcome, Justin assists the President with locating properties and in research and development.  Justin also handles market research and aids in the purchasing of single tenant office and industrial facilities in Texas.
