As President, Welcome W. Wilson, Jr. oversees the leasing, construction and purchase of single tenant office and industrial facilities in Texas. GSL has built over 100 such facilities since 1998 and still owns over 50. Mr. Wilson has been a real estate developer for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience in industrial development, residential subdividing, office buildings and retail centers. He also serves as Developer with Kingham Dalton Wilson, a Design/Build affiliate of GSL. He was President of Belmont Corporation, owner of a 25,000 acre project near Phoenix, Director of Dover Homes of Houston, builder of more than 3,000 homes in Texas and with TCP Realty Services, responsible for the redevelopment of a downtown Houston office building as well as other office buildings totaling more than two-million square feet. He currently serves as a Director of River Oaks Financial Group, Inc., Sharpstown Management District and End Hunger Network.

Mr. Wilson attended The University of Denver and The University of Texas at Austin. He is married to Anita Ford Wilson and has four daughters and one son.
