On December 6, 2007, Boyar Miller hosted a forecast breakfast looking ahead to 2008. Welcome Wilson, Jr. spoke on the industrial trends that he has seen in 2007 and that he expects to see in 2008.  Three other speakers spoke on the office, retail, and housing sectors of the real estate market.
