ValSource - GSL Welcome is doing a design/build project for ValSource International.  The site is located on New Century Drive in Pasadena, Texas.  Once complete, the facility will be 28,000 SF.  KDW, GSL Welcome’s affiliate construction company, will be doing the construction. 

Tadano - One of GSL Welcome's current projects under construction is located on Greens Rd. in Houston, Texas. When completed the facility will be 66,540 SF. The facility will be utilized by Tadano, one of GSL Welcome’s newest tenants. Tadano manufactures various types of cranes including rough terrain cranes, boom trucks, truck cranes, and all terrain cranes.

Cytogenix - GSL’s affiliate construction company, KDW, is in the process of doing a design build project for Cytogenix.  CytoGenix is a biopharmaceutical company that develops and markets innovative compounds and services based on its proprietary gene regulating and DNA production technologies.  The facility is located at 6030 North Course Dr. in Houston, Texas.

TD Williamson - GSL Welcome is constructing a build-to-suit facility for TD Williamson. The project is located on New Century Drive in Pasadena, TX and once complete will be 11,000 SF. TD Williamson is an international manufacturer of pipeline maintenance equipment which has been in business since 1920.

ABB Expansion - GSL Welcome has recently completed the expansion of the ABB Turbocharger facility which is located on Howard Avenue in Deer Park, TX. The expansion added 2,000 SF of office space to the facility. ABB Turbocharger is a global leader in power and automation technologies which allow utility and industry customers to improve their performance while lowering their environmental impact.

WoodGroup HIT – GSL Welcome is constructing a build-to-suit facility for WoodGroup HIT. The site is approximately 3 acres and once complete the building will be 15,000 SF. The HIT (Heavy Industrial Turbines) division of WoodGroup provides a range of services for industrial turbines in the global oil and gas industry.

NCA Expansion – GSL Welcome has acquired a facility from A1 Striping & Pavement. The newly acquired facility is now leased to Norse Cutting & Abandonment. GSL Welcome is currently adding 15,000 SF to the facility. NCA is a specialist provider of offshore removal services.

AKIC Deer Park Expansion – GSL Welcome is expanding their Aker Kvaerner facility which is located on 13th St. in Deer Park, Texas. This expansion is adding over 20,000 SF of office space to the existing facility. With this expansion Aker Kvaerner will be consolidating its Project Management business unit with is Project Engineering business unit.

SCP Pool Expansion – GSL Welcome is expanding their SCP Pool facility which is located on Donwick Drive in Conroe, Texas. Once complete the facility will be 41,000 SF, which is almost double the original size. SCP Pools is a global wholesale distributor of pool supplies and equipment.

CapRock Expansion – GSL Welcome is expanding their CapRock Communications facility which is located on Beltway 8 in Houston, Texas. Once complete the building will be over 80,000 SF. CapRock provides remote satellite communication solutions.

Reed Hycalog – GSL Welcome’s affiliate, KDW, is building a 330,000 SF world headquarters facility for Reed Hycalog. The facility is located in Conroe, Texas. Reed Hycalog is the technology leader in the design and manufacture of roller cone drill bits for the oil and gas industry.
