CLIENT NEEDS ASSESSEMENT: We consider this phase one of the most important of the entire process. Our Team of professionals will perform a thorough assessment of your company’s facility requirements. By learning about, and thoroughly understanding your day to day operations and processes we can design a facility within your economic boundaries that will meet both your current and future functional demands.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN: During this process we culminate the information obtained during the Needs Assessment phase and conceptually lay the building out on the site. If a site has not been selected we will lay the project out on a “hypothetical” site. This process helps determine building dimensions, how product will flow in and out, equipment layouts, and the amount of acreage required to accommodate your current requirement and any future growth.

VALUE ENGINEERING: Through what we have learned during the Needs Assessment & Conceptual Design phases, our team, in tandem with our design professionals, will offer several cost saving design suggestions. These design, material and construction alternatives are presented to save on cost without affecting the quality or functionality of your new facility.

SITE SELECTION AND DUE DILIGENCE: When designing a new facility, one of the most critical issues is site selection. Choosing the right site is not only vital to the immediate success of the project, but to future success as well. Choosing the wrong site not only inflates development costs, but could affect the future sale of the property. Once a potential site has been identified, our team will immediately begin a battery of tests that will determine if the site is economically feasible for development. By involving our team of experts early in the site selection process we can help you avoid many of the pitfalls that can cost you down the road.
